Meet Helen and Erin


Helen B. Paslay DNP, FNP-C
Helen is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has worked in health care for more than 18 years. She has cared for her patients in primary care, emergency medicine, outpatient surgery, organ transplantation, and pain management with 8 years of her experience acquired at the Mayo Clinic Hospital (Phoenix Campus) solid organ transplant unit. Helen provides compassionate, evidence-based healthcare to family, adult, pediatric, and women's health patients. She graduated with Honors, obtaining her Master of Science Family Nurse Practitioner, and Doctorate in Nursing from Grand Canyon University.
Erin T. Burgess DNP, FNP-C
Erin holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Arizona State University and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 8 years of experience in healthcare. She has provided care in medical-surgical, pediatric, and progressive care in a hospital setting and has expertise in educating patients about new pharmacologic therapies. Erin is dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based primary care to every individual across the lifespan.

Allison Williams
Medical Assistant
Allie has been a medical assistant for over 8 years and has been with Helen for almost 2 years. She has over 10 years’ experience in healthcare. Allie moved to Prescott 8 years ago from Toledo Ohio and has grown to love living out West. Allie has immense passion towards taking care of others and strives for excellence in any task given, which is why she has chosen to work in the medical field. When she is not working, she enjoys spending all of her time with her wonderful husband, 2 beautiful children, and all of her animals.

Jane Perkins
Medical Assistant
Jane has been a Medical Assistant for 5 years. She has lived in Prescott, Arizona for 18 years and loves to provide care for the people of this wonderful town. Jane never stops working towards advancing her knowledge so she can deliver the best care for her community. When she’s not in the office Jane is out travelling the country with her husband.

Mariel Naber
Medical Assistant
Born and raised in the Philippines, Mariel has over 9 years of experience in the healthcare/medical industry. With a strong foundation in patient-centered care, she strives to positively impact every life she touches and continually seeks opportunities to enhance her skills and knowledge in the medical field.

Katelyn
Medical Assistant
I began my career in healthcare as an EMT, where I developed a strong foundation in patient care and emergency medicine. I now work as a Medical Assistant, continuing to build on that experience while supporting patients and providers in a clinical setting. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my family and my fiancé and spending time at home with our animals.

Kirsten Holland
Receptionist
Kirsten is a valued member of the Paslay Health Care team, serving as the first point of contact for patients and helping create a warm, welcoming environment from the moment they arrive. With a strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered service, she assists with scheduling, check-in, and patient communications while ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care. Kirsten takes pride in supporting Paslay Health Care’s mission to provide high-quality, personalized, and timely healthcare, helping patients feel comfortable, respected, and well cared for at every visit.
During her personal time Kirsten spends time with her husband and daughter. They enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors together.

Bryan Turner
Chronic Care Manager
Bryan Turner is a Prescott-based professional providing structured, patient-centered support in chronic care management. He specializes in care coordination, communication between patients and providers, and maintaining continuity across treatment plans to support long-term health outcomes. Detail-oriented and proactive, Bryan brings a dependable, compassionate approach to patient care within a private practice setting.
During his personal time, Bryan spends his time with his wife Lea and three children. Bryan also enjoys sports and the outdoors.
